No the bulder dont have any permission or approval to build a Pent house if it above 4 floors. below that it is not necessary to take a permission from MCH.
but the buliders they dont follow the rules, the give bribe to the officers and construct penthouse.
I am concerned with the fumes given off by paint and how dangerous this can be to my newborn.
I here some paints have benzene or some derivative of that chemical and that it causes cancer and more importantly, juvenile luekemia in small children.
Now I have bought the best paint I could find, but where I’m at right now, I’m afraid it sitll has some of that stuff inside. What’s a safe time to let the house air out? What’s a good way to check if it’s safe? How long does paint take to FULLY dry? What are some other precautions I can take to insure that my son won’t be poisoned?
He’s still really tiny, only 50 days old. Please share your thoughts and advice.
