I have a 4 story building, about 80 feet high. There is a penthouse on top with 2 dual fuel 2000 MBH boilers and 1 400 kW generator. The boilers are served via one day tank in the boiler room and the generator by the other day tank also in the boiler room (about 20 feet away). The day tanks are served by a main 3000 gallon above ground storage tank on grade. I will have one main pump on the main storage tank pumping to the day tanks. Will I need a return pump from the day tanks to the main tank? How do I size my fuel oil piping? Do I only pump to the day tanks when they are 50% empty? Do most boilers/generator fuel oil pumps have a return line? I am a bit frazzled and this project is due tomorrow.

My fiance and I have been together for over 4 years. We have lived together for one year. Two years ago, I decided to stay over and I asked to borrow a t-shirt. I don’t know if anyone else saw the recent issue of Vanity Fair with supermodel Giselle. I saw it on the rack in the supermarket and I was shocked they had it there.
I went to the manager and asked him about it and he said that yes it is allowed to be shown in public without the cover they use for adult magazines. He said the law specifically mentions breasts and vaginal shots so anything that doesn’t include that is allowed to be viewed in public.
Do you think this magazine cover is appropriate to be shown in public viewing around kids?

Im looking for hotels in Miami, either downtown, central area or South Beach area that have guest rooms, suites or penthouses that include a private hot tub. Most likely, yes. The chances of another attack within 2 years of the completion of the “Freedom Tower” is unlikely. Certainly knowing the cost of living alone in NYC makes most people jitter, saving the $5,000/mo. rent for 2 years would absolutely make life easier over that time.
